Shipping policy

Orders are typicaly fulfilled Monday-Friday (with the exceptions of holidays) and are shipped out by the next business day. Tracking info will be emailed once order has shipped.

 

JAMA LUXE, LLC is not responsible for items once they are shipped. Please make sure shipping address is correct at checkout**. If there are any issues with packages once they have left our shop, you must contact respective delivery/shipping service. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, nor do we provide refunds or replacements. 

 

**If your package is returned due to insufficient address customer is responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship.
