Return Policy
We ask that you carefully read and understand our return policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing.
Please note, all items are carefully inspected for manufacturing defects prior to leaving our shop.
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be returned within 10 days of being received for store credit/ exchanges ONLY.
- All items must be in their original condition*, including no signs of wear and MUST have original tags still on them.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fee to have items returned and for new items to be shipped out.
FINAL SALE items include the following:
- Sale/discounted items
- Any items listed as "Final sale"
No returns/exchanges will be accepted.
When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed and must contain all original tags attached.
